Antonietta Collins
Antonietta Toni Collins is a Mexican American journalist. She is currently an ESPN sportscaster. ESPN and is an anchor of SportsCenter news and hosting SportsNation. Her first job for ESPN in the year 2016. She is the daughter television reporter Maria Antonieta Collins. Antonietta is native to two languages. Since she was nine years old, Collins's capacity to speak two languages has led to her obtaining an employment in Miami as a production assistant at Univision. The family relocated into Mexico City where she was born on the 22nd of November, 1985. She is older than her sister. In 1992, the family settled in Miami after moving from Mexico to the US. They divorced shortly thereafter and her mother was remarried to a naval architect called Fabio Fajardo who passed away from kidney cancer in 2006. She stayed with her family in Canton Ohio with her older sister over the summer and was offered a job. Antonietta was a senior in high school but she knew exactly what career path she wanted to pursue. When she was deciding whether Mount Union is the right choice to her needs, Antonietta decided to go visit the school. At the end of the day she was enthralled with the campus. They also offered her a the opportunity to study a major. She finished school and went to the University as an undergraduate major in media studies. Her professor Mark Bergmann, who managed WRMU FM and was student in her class, formed a lasting relationship with the student. Her professor Mark Bergmann inspired her by his passion for journalism. Additionally, he profoundly influenced her.
