In the second half of 2010, Aleesha has established herself as a top female bodybuilder. Aleesha was a member of an extended family of athletes. Her father was a bodybuilder alongside her sisters and brothers. were involved in sports such as hockey. Aleesha has been involved in a variety of sports such as basketball, soccer and softball. Aleesha was granted her professional card in 2014 after she won the NPC USA Championships. She first began competing in the year 2008. In 2014, she competed in the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro and was placed 9th. In 2015 she held onto her 9th place. Aleesha was 6th in the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships in 2015 and in 2016. Aleesha, who has been consistently improving her performance since then has won her first professional contest in the Chicago Pro Championships 2019 after having won her first Chicago Pro Championships. Bodybuilder Aleesha was the top performance at the WOS Rising Phoenix competition, and placed 4th in 2020. But, the "World's strongest mom" decided to take a break from training for medical reasons.
